"Clean room"

"Let’s start with “it is a micro hotel” meaning that rooms are way smaller than average… Nevertheless, the staff will do anything to accommodate you. Rooms and facilities are extremely clean and staff are one of the best I’ve experienced in many trips. Servers are top notch, especial marks and praises to Marcos and Javier, those guys hustle to deliver you the best of the best, both super friendly and always happy to help. Parking is convenient, private and secured. I rented a vehicle for the convenience and price when comparing to private transportation, not that you would need it once you get to Motto. A gym on location, a proper gym that it is clean and with attentive personnel. A pool lounge on the top floor that will provide peace and quiet. And just at the door, bike rentals, and tons of restaurants, all in 10 - 20 minutes walks. Not a family hotel, singles and couples at most but… It will be a very pleasant experience… I don’t think you would be disappointed. Thank you to each and every one of the employees at Motto, you all deserve a raise!!! Keep up the good service, the smiles and attention to details. I hope I can return soon!"

"It’s my 3rd time in Tulum , I’m am so disappointed with the service from the stuff although the property was beautiful and clean stayed in room #2 but the stuff and the lady manager was horrible , didn’t want to give me glass cups had to pay for hot water in the evening, not nice feeling of doing me a favour I brought 11 people to this hotel to stay as a girls trip and was terribly disappointed by the service of the place "

"Really no complaints. I had room G07 on floor level. It was nice. Breakfast is expensive, i just walked to chedraui. But overall for $60 on a saturday night i was not mad at all"

"This resort is very average and not as good as the dreams in Punta Cana. - it’s old and dated - the restaurants aren’t very good and they’re often closed - rooms need an update - the biggest complaint is that there’s two pools and one of them is used all day as a party. Constant music, people drinking in the pool all day (and never getting out to go to the washroom), - there are limited lounge chairs and they’re always “reserved by 7:00 am. - lastly and not someting the resort can manage but there’s a huge sargasm problem rendering tue beach and ocean a smelly mess. "

"My husband and I absolutely loved our stay at Casa Malca. While the property may lack some of the amenities of other hotels on Tulum Beach Rd., Casa Malca features artworks from the renowned collector Lio Malca’s personal collection in the hotel and around the grounds, so it’s a must for art enthusiasts. Additionally, the staff are all extraordinary, addressing us by name and attending to every detail of our stay."
