"Loved the rustic look of the rooms with all the creature comforts included (AC, mini fridge, hot water, etc.). The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, and the food was great, both in the hotel and in nearby restaurants. There are convenience stores, pharmacies, ATMs and currency exchange offices within walking distance. We had a lovely stay, very unfortunate that the sargassum kept us from the beach, but that's not the hotel's fault."
"A Quiet Hidden Gem
We loved our stay at the Tiki Tiki.
If you’re looking for a calm stylish hotel, this is it.
We loved relaxing by the pool as well as exploring the area on rental bicycles arranged by the hotel.
If in Tulum again, we would definitely return.

"From check in to check out this was an amazing property! The most friendly staff I have ever experienced and I’ve been to over a 100 countries! Great food, great location, super chill and no kids! "
"The manager of the hotel was very helpful. The people that were also staying in the that hotel weren’t managed. My sister and I decided to go to the pool, and there was men underwear laying around and trash too. "

"Isolated enough to feel private but very close to the town center. I recommend renting a car but on cooler evenings it’s pretty easy to walk to convenience stores and there are plenty of taxis to take you to the center. The pools are all incredible and the staff are very helpful and kind and were quick to respond any issue that came up. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would love to come back. "
