"Great hotel with nice and helpful staff right on the beach. Our room with a balcony facing the beach was amazing to chill out in and listening to the waves at night. You got some dining and shopping options close by but we preferred heading to Tulum town on most nights - more authentic with excellent food at much lower prices. My only complaint would be that there is not being a door on the bathroom if you book the standard room on the jungle side - little privacy if you’re not traveling solo! I booked this because the bungalow had a balcony with unobstructed views of the beach/ocean… When we arrived they wanted to move us because the property beside them was having an event… Listen,Tulum is known for its EDM music scene and nightlife so I can’t complain.
