"It was a great stay with 2 kids, very kid friendly and amazing staff and service. That said, a few things could improve - 1) The restaurant is a little overpriced for the quality of the food but then again it’s Tulum so everything is overpriced 2) When booking, nothing was mentioned about the room being part of Luna (Sister property). "The room was amazing! AC worked very well! It was clean! Housekeeping was great! They were very quick to help get us other things we needed and also suggested a few things to do around town. Hot water worked great, just had to let it warm up for about 5minutes! Super affordable too! "

But I like the atmosphere here in Ganesh - the location is perfect, if you don’t want the hustle and bustle of typical resort this is a good place for you . "El lugar es bonito con cabañitas amplias y comodas . Para mi gusto faltaria un calentador de agua y quizas una cafetera para no tener que molestar en recepcion. Los alrededores son tranquilos teniendo en cuenta que el hotel esta en la zona hotelera de Tulum, lo cual significa que en menos de cinco minutos te encuentras en plena zona de restaurantes, bares y clubs. Un plus es el cenote desde donde puedes tomar el sol y bañarte tranquilamente."
