Clean and comfortable room, no tv but didn't miss it. French toast was incredible for breakfast. Lots of available beds on the beach area. Cool water available from the front if you run out. "

"Right up against beach area with white sand. Good size pool. Property is inside protected reserve, and surrounded by a jungle with a single road for access. Couple of nearby restaurants are accessible walking on the beach, or the road, and have excellent food. With everything else in the area for other activities (Cenote, water parks etc), this offers the best location to stay and unwind and explore. "
