Un grand bravo aux équipes : l'accueil est chaleureux, le personnel professionnel et disponible. La chambre est confortable, et le petit-déjeuner de bonne qualité. L'emplacement est également un vrai atout, idéal pour profiter facilement des environs et des transports. Enfin, le rapport qualité-prix est excellent. Je recommande vivement !"

"We stayed for 3 nights for a Toulouse getaway. The hotel is lovely and the staff were all very friendly.Estelle was a star! Decent breakfast options were available and the location was perfect for us. There are many places to eat on the hotel’s street and Place du Capitole is a short walk. The free coffee/tea in the lobby area as well as the baskets of croissants and fruit were a very nice touch. The room was kinda funky, but spacious and clean. "Really liked the area & although it was in a quiet street you were not far from the Metro & options for eating & drinking. The Apartment was very modern & had everything you needed. Only disappointment was that the room only gets cleaned after 8 days & as we we’re staying for 7 days we didn’t get our bins emptied nor did we get fresh towels."

"We just had the best time in Toulouse and it has everything to do with the hotel and the location. The hotel is very well maintained and managed. Staff is very helpful and accomodating. Rooms are clean and spacious, location was ideal, the breakfast in the mornings was just what you want to start the day. All in all a 10/10 recommendation for anyone staying in Toulouse."

"We were very warmly welcomed by all staff. we enjoy the dinner buffet and also breakfast. However, as a foreign visitor it was unclear how to access parking and the elevator to the parking. We had to park temporarily in front and check in to get directions. Result from lack of information, we unloaded at street then parked underground hauling some cases upstairs (later found there was a separate elevator to the parking.). I don’t remember that information being shared with the online...
