"Die Zimmer waren sehr gut und auch das Bad hatte alles, wasan Brauch. Toll war die kleine Küchenzeile, von der wir den Kühlschrank für unsere Getränke genutzt haben. Die Ausstattung war vollzählig. Das Bett war sehr bequem und auch ein wie bestellt ein Kingsize-Bett.Die Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich, wir haben sogar abends beim Einchecken noch einen Kaffee bekommen. Was noch wichtig ist, sie können Englisch, was nicht unbedingt üblich ist (haben wir später in der Stadt...

"Chambre superbe, ambiance moderne, restaurant delicieux. Attention, hôtel en zone pietonne avec difficulte d acces pour les voitures, pas de parking sur place, mais à pieds, c est super, proche place du capitole et quartier tres vivant, beaucoup de restaurants, boutiques, librairies etc... "

"La camera era molto pulita, ampia e ben dotata di confort ( jollitore con caffè e the, asse da stiro), ben arredata con una confortevole poltrona relax per lettura. Il personale tutto molto cortese e affabile. Nel bagno c'è anche il bidet (Un lusso per i francesi)!!! Tornerò a Tolosa esclusivamente soggiornando in questo hotel."

"We were in the oldest part of the hotel and it was kind of magical! No elevator but a winding staircase up what must have been a tower, with the room opening directly off the staircase. It was like being a princess in a tower. The room was clean and spacious. The staff brought the bags to our rooms and were very helpful with dinner suggestions. We were only there one night, but if (when!) we are back I will wear a beautiful cocktail dress and sit in the gorgeous lounge with a glass of champagne....

"The hotel is very quiet, nicely appointed rooms - though I felt that my bathroom needed updating. It felt dated and the toilet seat had marks on it which, though they were scratches, made it look unsightly. The TV main menu shows functions for casting from a device, yet it doesn't work. Breakfast is very overpriced for what it is, walking to a cafe nearby and getting croissants/coffee and juice was much more reasonable. The staff were very professional, attentive and polite. I would stay here...
