Everything was great from check-in, rooms (nothing special but did have hot water and AC, very small TV), parking (real close, pay separately ($5/night), pool, breakfast was great. Good communication prior. We reserved a Masaya volcano tour the day we arrived. Excellent service."

"La habitacion estaba super , la ubicacion tambien. La unica razon por cual puse 4 en ves de 5 es porque el restaurante es una decepcion. Con todos los lugares lindos que hay en granada, esta sala de comedor no da ganas de comer en el hotel en ningun tiempo de comida, es una lastima. Comimos desayuno y esta OK, ni bueno , ni malo. El personal es lindo, es un lindo hotel. Deberian pedir las llaves de los huespedes que se parquean porque casi perdimos nuestro ferry por estar bloqueado en el parqueo...
