"Staff were not helpful, I felt that I am bothering them if I ask for help. For football fans I would not recommend to go during the World Cup as there is no any chance to watch any match. Hotel has sky provider for TV that blocks World Cup matches on RAI 1 National TV. I every day asked hotel staff to contact sky to not block matches without success. The staff answered was always that nothing can be done as sky provider controls blocking world cups matches."

"Lovely location with amazing views. Pool is wonderful and outdoor and indoor relaxing areas plentiful. Hotel was very clean and always smelt fresh. Beds made and fresh towels daily. Hotel felt cosy and traditional and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was traditional continental. Wonderful pastries which we worked our way through!"

"Casa Adele is a charming hotel with a superb location and easily walkable to explore the town. Taormina is the cleanest town we’ve ever been in. The hotel has onsite parking which is an advantage. I can’t say enough about the staff, our accommodation with our own terrace, and the breakfasts. It was the highlight of our stay in Sicily."
