"Had a very comfortable experience. Especially: The bed, pillows, bedding, duvet and overall room comfort were excellent, making it easy to rest properly throughout the stay. Everything felt well-maintained and clean, which stood out in particular. Overall, a smooth and pleasant stay with no issues. The sleeping arrangements were a real highlight and contributed significantly to the quality of the visit."

"Older, historic hotel in downtown Białystok nicely restored. I stayed in family suite, room # 118. Room was very clean, lots of windows facing St. Mikolaj Orthodox Church. I kept windows closed, due to traffic noise but A/C was a bonus. The best was location. Walking distance to Kościuszki square and restaurants. I would highly recommend hotel Cristal if you’re visiting Białystok"
