When I brought the issue up to staff their response was that they "thought they took care of the problem this morning" and that they would simply vacuum up the bugs instead of properly cleaning the room or offering me a new one. The issue was not resolved and I told them I could not stay at this hotel if they could not find me a clean room. They refused to refund me the value of my stay because it was too late for them to rent out the bug infested room to...

"Belle bâtisse, décorée avec goût. Les chambres sont Cozy et avec tout le nécessaire. Très bonne literie. Petit déjeuner avec du choix et de la qualité. Table d’hôtes avec produits locaux et maisons. Et des propriétaires adorables et toujours prêts à se plier en 4 pour leurs hôtes. C'est un 10/10! "
