"Great location next the downtown area of Vernazza but off the street and minimal walking to access the accommodation. The stairs down from the loft bedroom is steep in case you have mobility issues. The sofa bed is within comfortability expectations. They very generously provided a welcome bottle of proseco and the studio had coffee and tea, pastries and biscuits. Perfect for our one night stay. "The location was great. Close to the train and the beach...As noted the stairs are steep and the shower...not so much the size inside but the door was very tight to get inside. No housekeeping during our stay. The room was good otherwise. "

On one of the days we stayed there, there was a concert right below the unit’s balcony and it lasted very late during the night, which made it very hard for us to sleep. "

"The location was fantastic. The property was located right off the train station. The access to the apartment key was easy, and we were greeted by the rental company where we were escorted to the apartment. There were a a lot of stairs however, to get the view from our balcony was well worth it . "

"Wonderful location. Typical Italian villa setting. If you are from an area where A/C is standard, be aware that this place does not have it. There is a fan and you can open the windows, though the noise from the street below could be bothersome. The clothesline was awesome. "
