"Parking was on the street but we got a spot right outside. Staff were brilliant, hotel bar was gorgeous and very well priced. Very close to everything you would need too. Lovely stop over but would have been happy to stay longer"

"I stayed at Hotel Cocoon in Ostend for one night. The room itself was nice and a good size, and the location is definitely a strong point—right on the beach and very close to plenty of restaurants and bars. However, there were a few issues that affected the stay. The room was quite cold and the thermostat didn’t seem to be working, which made it uncomfortable overnight. The shower gel bottle was also empty and hadn’t been refilled, which was a bit disappointing. Parking is available, but at €30 per night per car, it felt quite expensive. The overall atmosphere of the hotel wasn’t particularly welcoming, which took away from the experience a bit. Overall, it’s a well-located hotel with decent rooms, but a few improvements and attention to detail would make a big difference."
