"The room was functional but without charm. No drawers for storage, no doors on the closet. The desk staff (except for one man) were the rudest I've encountered in a long time. They treated me as if they were my boss: back-talked to me, could not care less about making my stay a pleasant one. Is this Italian sexism toward a single woman -- by women? The included breakfast was fine and the woman who managed it was very pleasant. Perhaps she could give those two clerks (one brunette, one blonde) some tips."

"Everything was as advertised. We did not cook. Ate at restaurant next door which is always crowded and you need reservations which is a conundrum to me. Hand wash clothes would be helpful. Bed is comfortable. Relatively centrally located."
