"Fantastic rooms with balconies overlooking the main street in Palermo. The room and facilites were very clean, coffee, tea and pastries offered complimentry in a communal area. If driving into the city a permit is required for the ZTL Zone, this was arranged free of charge by the hotel. Street parking in blue bays only €1 per hour, free 8pm - 8am and free 2pm - 4pm if a parking spot is available, we got lucky and parked directly below the property for 3 days. "Great hosts and property - standard room was a decent size Just a note for Canadian and American guests, this is not a typical bed and breakfast ! There is coffee espresso machine and kettle available in the common area but no breakfast per se "

"Ideal location close to the theatre and main street for street food, restaurants and exploring the central part of the city. The main foyer leading up to the reception and rooms can be dark in the day time as internal lights were off, but that is a minor point.
