"My husband and I had a great experience at this rental. It’s more like a B&B with a host. Our hostess was very communicative and helpful and prepared an amazing breakfast at the other Ballarooms property (less than 5 minutes away). It was great having A/C to combat the heat. Our room was spacious, with lots of room to spread out, and the bathroom was clean and functional."

"This is a great place to stay. It is very central and close to walk to many of the historic sites, restaurants, and the marina. The staff were great, always helpful with suggestions and help when needed. Right outside the door there’s a great pizza place, and lots of other really nice places near by. Breakfast was really nice, and they have a minibar in their terrace room to have a glass of wine. Only downside is there are no elevators, so be ready to carry your bags up 4 flights of stairs. "Really enjoyed my stay! Everyone was very friendly and helpful. It felt like an oasis off the main street with a very nice breakfast and coffee made to order. Theres a cafe, Borsa, next to the hotel which is great for a snack, especially the pistachio croissants that were amazing."

"The rooms are excellent and the staff is also amazing, but please keep in mind that there is not amenities here. Also location is walking distance from the historic downtown area but it’s rough at night time, you cannot go out and feel safe as there is homeless and what it appears to be little gangs (again can’t blame the hotel for this more the city which is a shame)."

"Wonderful property in the heart of Palermo. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. We booked our stay one hour before we arrived due to a VRBO host cancellation. They greeted us with rooms ready, walked us through the amenities and stored our luggage for several hours after we checked out. A nice, smaller hotel that had a variety of rooms to accommodate the five adults in our group. And the breakfast was delicious with plentiful options. Cannot say enough good things about our stay...
