"Lägenhetshotell med mkt begränsad service, man kunde bett om mer, men lite svårt att få kontakt då personalen inte var där. Mer av självhushåll än vad vi tänkt oss. Frukosten bestod mest av yoghurt och rostbröd. Men passar säkert familjer på genomresa, rummen var stora, dock inte sängarna. "

"The place is centrally located in Messina, close to restaurants, shopping areas, and the train station. The host was very welcoming—despite our delayed flight and late arrival, they were waiting at the apartment to greet us, answered all our questions, and gave helpful suggestions for our stay. Definitely recommend to others."

"This hotel is a total dump. Rooms are outright unsafe and full of black mold. Missing and loose floor boards are a tripping hazard. Does not look anything like the photos in the Expedia listing and booking info. Massively overpriced, old and falling apart literally. "

"The lady who owns the B&B was extremely friendly and let me check in early (I needed to put my bags down). She lives in the property. Room was traditional, clean and spacious with a great location, 2mins walk from the Duomo. Very comfortable bed and pillows. However, no breakfast. There is a sideboard with some biscuits and a coffee machine (no cups, plates, empty fridge and nowhere to sit if there was food - things all over table). This area should be more welcoming for guests and there should...

"We were not able to stay here. The host was unavailable and actually hung up on me. I would not recommend this to any one. We ended up get a different to stay after checking 4 other place. Last at night and very stressful after a long day of driving. I would like to request that I be refunded for the total amount I paid"
