"Perfect location to walk to most of the tourist sites in Stratford. Staff was absolutely the best from start to finish. Having on site parking available was a huge plus! "

"Wow! This hotel is massive. Took us quite a while to find our room. 2018 is not for you if you struggle to walk any distance. I really love a walk-in shower but we were told they're were none available but they did provide a bath mat. We weren't offered an upgrade so unless I can have a walkin shower I wouldn't stay here again due to a previous fall in a bath at home. Extremely popular hotel with great facilities. Food was amazing and so well organised given the size & capacity of visitors. Paying for parking was well worthwhile. Yet again it's popular so walking around the hotel to get to our car was exhausting but I did enjoy my stay.😁"

"Room was clean yet a touch tired. No aircon so we asked for a fan and this was happily supplied. Loved the welcome pack for our pooch Pool nice, surroundings a little tired, could do with a good spruce up. Friendly staff and fab location for the tour of abberleys cycle racing."

"Room was so dirty, spiderwebs coming from the lights. Carpets were filthy so were the walls. Lamp looked like it was covered in sick, shower had dirt and mould in it. Bathroom mirror was filthy. Hair over back of the toilet and in the bath."

"Absolutely beautiful hotel situated in the middle of Stratford upon Avon literally a minute walk to Shakespeare’s birth place home. The staff are so helpful and nice. We arrived late yet still able to grab dinner in the restaurant at 9pm. The food here is outstanding. Breakfast included also on point. Truly we didn’t have anything negative to say about our stay. "

"Great hotel, good location, clean, excellent and attentive staff. Hotel room spacious and had everything we needed. Bed was comfy. Would stay again. Noting the car parking is £22.50 until about 1.30pm the next day, not 24 hours from arrival."

"The hotel lacked the polished service and five-star finesse one would reasonably expect, particularly within the restaurant and lounge areas. Table service was notably absent, requiring guests to collect their own drinks from the bar. During dinner, only part of our order was processed by the waiter, leaving some of the party waiting for meals that had not been entered. The experience culminated in one guest leaving without dining at all while the remainder of the party had already eaten. In addition, the spa facilities were disappointing, with the jacuzzi not fully functional and used towels left around the area by guests, creating an untidy and poorly maintained environment. "

"Room was okay, would be better if a bigger tv and a mirror over the desk/ dressing table. Breakfast was poor, all tables were being used, only 1 person clearing tables, food was not replenished when empty. Bought out 6 croissants when the restaurant was full. Topped the milk up by only 2 pints from a 4 pint container - why not put all of it in. Kept running out of cutlery. Americano coffee from the machine was cold. Food quality was poor - could not eat the cooked offering."
