Fresh lemon blueberry scones were there for a snack when I arrived near midnight. Wow. When booking, I didn’t think about the lack of elevator at this property. My 68 year old knees did complain a little when climbing the external & interior stairs with my luggage."

"We were depending on the free airport shuttle for a late pick-up (around 12:15 am) and we were not picked up until almost an hour later because the one shuttle driver was sent in the opposite direction right before we called. Very disappointing after calling the hotel several times before our trip to insure a pick-up after a late flight."

"I liked the updated rooms and for the most part it was very clean until I got to the bathroom. Toilet seat was falling off when set on, and the shower had pubic hair in the soap holder and in the bottom of the tub. No hair blow dryer and no shampoo and conditioner amenities as most have."

"Staff was pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was available each day but not always well-stocked. Pool was closed. Shower water was tepid and water pressure low. A customer was stuck on the elevator for 45 minutes. We stayed here a year ago and it seemed to be in better shape. The best thing was the price."

"The Hotel it's self is beautiful inside. The outside needs some up keep. The main dining area had a very strong musty smell couldn't eat in there. Had a chef table experience, nice service but way over priced."
