"This is centrally located in a great area - grocery stores and plenty of restaurants nearby. Also just a 10 ish minute walk from the beach!! It’s very easy to get into old San Juan via uber. The hotel manager was very responsive to emails - I always got a reply within the day and even within the hour the two times I had questions. Highly recommend!! Very clean and modern feeling."

"Our stay was great! The location is amazing and in a walkable area of condado. The air conditioning in the room was very strong. We did have an issue checking in because the link they sent was not clickable. Also note that you can’t flush toilet paper down the toilets and the shower water temperature was hard to control (either really hot or really cold) with weak pressure. "This apartment was perfect in every way! It was decorated beautifully, the yard was gorgeous with fruit trees everywhere! It was comfortable and very clean for our party of three. Minutes from the beach, the popular strip to go out, and about 15 minutes from old San Juan. We were provided with beach towels which was helpful! Overall, this place is beautiful and has everything you need!"

"No hot water and I soon as you go outside you get slapped either cat urine. You can not seat outside on the patio chairs because the smell is so unbearable. The ac is in the kitchen part and it gets hot in the sleeping part of the room. Looks bigger in pictures but it’s very small. This was one of the worst hotels I ever stayed at."

"We had an amazing stay! The property was very clean, cozy, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The neighborhood was peaceful, safe, and quiet, which made it easy to relax and enjoy our trip. One of my favorite parts was waking up to the sound of the roosters in the morning it felt like a natural alarm clock and hearing the beautiful coquí frogs at night was such a special experience.
