"The place is a gem, right at the Plaza De Colon. The bed is comfortable and the air conditioning works great. There is a common area that allows you to make coffee and tea and microwave. It is close to some great bars and restaurants. "

"Only disadvantages of this property for me was 1. the Ac was only in bedrooms but it did still cool the unit off 2. there was only 1 tv for 2br unit Everything and i mean everything else was great. It was clean, quiet, safe, and the locals were cool too. "

"Communication was great ! It’s right off of a busy street and there is street parking or you can pay 20 $daily to park at a lot up the street . Street noise is tolerable. Would be nice if fridge had complimentary drinks and/ or more complimentary items in the suite considering it’s a smaller hotel/stay. But overall it was nice ! "

"Property was in a very central location of shops, restaurants and bars, which made it excellent for enjoying the city. Property was very comfortable and well maintained and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a good place to stay during their stay in Old Town, San Juan."

"I loved that the beach is a 3 minute walk from the hotel. The rooftop restaurant, Zūl was a vibe! Order the wings!! The rooms were nice and quiet. I will consider staying at this property again!"

"My stay at this apartment was simple and quaint. I was visiting for the Rauw Alejandro concert and decided to extend my stay. The hosts were attentive, kept in touch and offered complimentary housekeeping since I extended my stay. The housekeepers were wonderful, attentive, kind, and immaculate! The room is overall comfortable, I would recommend additional blanket or comforter options and more patio furniture incase there is a party of two or guests visiting etc. There was some construction...

"Excelente place to stay."

"Long story short. The email I got did not have all the access codes. Could not get in the gate to get to the door. Was not able to reach anyone cause, tried calling the emergency number no response. But was finally able to get in around 5 am once someone finally responded. But other then that they need to update their unit and they need some pest control."
