"We visit this hotel every year on our annual trip. Very good hotel. Only issue is a small one is that complementary coffee should be available 24/7."

"The room was very dark and lacked even the basic essentials. Any time you needed water or hot water, you had to go downstairs to get it yourself. The staff were not particularly friendly or attentive. On one occasion, I waited at the bar for hot water while the person at the front desk remained on the phone and did not even acknowledge me. The only redeeming quality was the location. Other than that, the experience was disappointing."

"The rooms were clean! AC worked great! Big tv a plus. Staff was amazing! They held our luggage until time for us to check in. "

"They were still doing renovations while we were there. So they had no bar or anything to eat at the hotel they didn’t even have a microwave in the room to heat any food up that you would have brought back to the room. And I believe someone stole a very important necklace from my room "

"Staff very nice and helpful. Pretty pool area. Nice beach area on site. Free drinks and Lobby entertainment. Our first room was really cold (and so was the lobby!) and we couldn't get the thermostat to go higher, and the first room was next to a really loud elevator that was waking us up really early so they got us a different room half way though the stay. Overall a good stay."

"We stayed 3 nights. The room is smack in the midst of Old Sun Juan. So expect a lot of foot traffic and vehicles on packed streets. The room its self was very nice. The balcony was beautiful. It would probably be a house inspector nightmare. Things were crooked, towel holders would fall off, exposed wires (dead), the A/C leaked a huge puddle overnight but there was also heavy rain pour so maybe it was a leak. Yes it could get noisy but that’s to be expected. It was never a time I couldn’t get to sleep. Expect for Friday and Saturday night to be louder. Even with all this, I would REBOOK without a second thought! "

"Property was clean and it is located right at the water. It is about 20-25 minutes away from the airport in an older part of Puerto Rico. There is a bar and restaurant attached. Food was good at the restaurant. Mixed drink ah not so much."
