He was so pleasant and showed us the room, the local suggestions and checked to see if we were ok and had everything we needed every day. "Nice place, though this does not feel like hotel hotel more like an shared apartment. We received no information on how to get into the building or our room. Luckily another couple was also staying there and entering at the same time, they were helpful enough to tell me how to get access, but this was not ideal. Might have been my fault for not sending IDs beforehand but also there was no follow up after booking. It was fixed quickly as soon as I talked to the host and the place was nice....
