"Perfect location for walking to the Promenade and Old Nice! Lots of nice cafes around the area for breakfast if you choose to not pay for breakfast at the hotel. Cannot fault this anything about this hotel, the staff are all so lovely and helpful. There are free beach equipment for guests to take to the beach and can rent beach towels for €7. Would recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a good location and easy stay! 10/10"

Second, location is good too, around 10 mins to a beach, 8mins to main shopping street and train station, Lidl is around the corner. In general, very safe and comfortable.
