"Beautiful property, the service was amazing. The breakfast was delicious. It was about a 20 minute walk to the main town area which was perfect for us and made the hotel quiet at night. There is also a tram stop a minute away but we chose to walk everywhere. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone. "
"A very nice hotel in a great location with very helpful and friendly staff. The room and facilities were all great, comfortable, modern and clean (one of the two story rooms on the fourth floor).
The location is great as everything is walkable. The street outside can be a bit busy with traffic during peak hours but otherwise was fine at night, and the bar/restaurant attached to the hotel is very nice and has some great breakfast options.
My only pedantic complaint would be that the stairs in...
"J'ai séjourné 2 nuits dans cet hôtel lors d'une formation. Les chambres sont immenses et bien équipées, la literie très confortable. Le petit déjeuner à 12€ est vraiment complet. Je vous recommande de demander une chambre côté cour car il y a beaucoup de bruit côté route.
C'est un esat c'est-à-dire que l'établissement fait travailler des personnes handicapées ce qui donne un côté très familial et agréable.
Par contre, je n'irai pas pour un séjour en famille à Nice car le quartier est assez...
"The hotel has the most incredible 360 degree view of Nice. It is magnificent! Gino and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. Although you are on the hillside, still have easy access to the beach (approx 30 min) and the city. Also easy bus access to Eze. We really enjoyed this hotel. "
"First be advised that to get to this Beautique hotel you must enter entrance of Code’Azur hotel. You will not see Maison Durante from the one way street. Chloe was outstanding! She welcomed us and help finding a parking. We had to pay for two parking slots since parking is not easy on this place ( at least has a parking!). This place is not easy for people with moving difficulties. There are many stairs although once inside there is a small elevator to the second floor. For breakfast you can...
"This hotel has a fun, consistent aesthetic. They leaned into the maximalism trend in a clean understandable way. The staff gives great dining recommendations and it’s walkable to most needs. The pool, bar and restaurant are lovely. *They should add some missing details to make it feel more upscale: a gym, robes, washcloths, conditioner and coffee/tea. "

Maids will not enter your room when you are out to tidy, clean and make the beds, though a member of staff did offer us clean towels when we needed them.
