The room was literally cinder block walls and a tiny window. Literally looked like a jail cell. The blue carpet was stained all over. There was a HUGE brown liquid looking stain on the wall. Extremely dingy & smelled like an outhouse. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU LITERALLY HAVE NO OTHER OPTION.

Not bad, not great, you get what you pay for
Considering it's a low budget motel, it's pretty good. Holes in the comforter and sheets had some tears, but seriously, when I say low budget motel, that's what this is, drug dealers and all. In terms of the Ritz? 1 star. In terms of low budget motels, the only reason it's not 5 stars is because they had a sign posted stating that they charged $30/night for service dogs which is illegal. Meh. Two chicks, one night, we were safe and so was our car. We slept well. We left the next day no worse for the wear. The guy we checked in with was nice and helpful, so bonus.
This was the worst motel I ever stayed in in my whole 34 years on this Earth I will never stay there again the room was nasty dirty the had bugs and no hot water beds was broken down smelt awful never again
Easily the worst motel I've ever stayed at. We booked the suite due to the size of our group. It was a last minute trip and this was the only place that had a large enough room available in Cincinnati. On arrival, the keycard would not work on the door. The guy at the front desk couldn't get it to work either. Then he said he'd get us two adjoining rooms. After returning to the office he was unable to find connecting rooms so he just gave us two random rooms about 5 rooms away from each other.
The windows would not close or lock. The heaters did not cut off at desired temperature. All bedding had burn holes in it. The rooms smelled like smoke, alcohol, and bad decisions. Rooms were not clean at all. There were ashes and cigar tips strewn about. If not for an upset toddler we would have just slept in our vehicle.

It stinks. Bed bug stains everywhere. Bedbug on my pillow in the am. I complained they took me nothing could be done until the next day when three owners came...0 out of 5 stars
This facility may have been fine 50 years ago, but it is run-down and under-attended to. Bath-room window would not close completely. Linens were thread-bare. I could hear my neighbor's TV and other guests outside were noisy in the morning.

It wasn’t amazing due to the box spring kept falling down in between the rails and I was disappointed I will not stay there again
The environment was nice. The pool was closed. I was looking forward to going swimming. It could use a few updates, but it was a nice place and the staff was friendly and supportive.
The staff was friendly but the cleanliness was below par. I'm sure they can afford a few touch ups on aesthetics. For instance, table umbrella at pool was severely worn and broken. That is not an expensive item to replace. It took some time to check in. But the most disappointing was that the room floor was filthy and bathroom had hair on counters and tub. Shower curtain had dirt spots on it as well.
They didn't have our reservation from Hotel.com.
They had one room left that they offered, it was smokey, filthy with dirty sheets, floors. We found hair and dirt on the covers. It had poor circulation, and we were not able to adjust the heat. The other hotel guests were rough looking, most men with women. When I asked the policeman on duty ifnit was safe for our family, he said "yes...you may have a fight here in the private rooms, but you should be safe. It's mostly men and street women that come here."
It was horrible, especially when you have children. Hotel.com couldn't find anything else with availability. The check-in staff had holes in their clothes and were smoking. He laighed at me when I asked for availability of rooms.
This is the worst place I’ve ever stayed and I’ve been to a lot of slum shacks. When i arrived they didn’t even have our reservation, we booked a queen non smoking and all they had was a two bed smoking. I asked to cancel my reservation since they didn’t have any record of it to begin with and they didn’t have a room we wanted. They said they’d personally find my reservation and charge me one night anyways. So we stayed..for an hour, and then left. Extremely sketchy, people sleeping in their cars in the parking lot, homeless people walking about asking for change, prostitutes, stairwells smelt like a homeless shelter, we didn’t feel safe leaving our car in the parking lot. The room was horrible old and grimey. Towels had stains. It was the worst place ever. Expedia should take this off their listings.
hotel receptionist said that did not get the reservation confirmation and does not care about Expedia reswrvations since it was lots of people in line.

Good enough for price
It was good enough. Stayed 2 nights during the Bunbury Festival. It's a cheap hotel so you have to understand you're getting what you pay for. It wasn't great, but it was fine to just come back and sleep after a long day.
Had to leave on the second night in a hurry. Some woman was screaming at a man, doors were slamming, some of the words were about “give me the drugs”
The hotel staff and everyone on site acted like this was normal and didn’t do anything.
We called the cops but the aggressor was staring at our room and we felt like we had to leave for our own safety, and fast too

Horrible choice. Place is gross and run down. Got locked out of the room and had to sleep in another room and was not able to get my belongings.
This hotel was everything you promised to be. Basically, no frills but a cheap price and an ideal location for my needs. The people I met there, especially Laura in housekeeping and William at the front desk, were very nice.
Should have know not to stay when I arrived to find that you check in from outside using a pass through window. Our door was difficult to latch and appeared to have been broken into previously. The walls were very thin and the people occupying the room next to us were yelling and pounding on the walls until after midnight.
We stayed in February and the heat in the room was difficult to get comfortable. It was too cold then when we turned it up, it would not cycle off and became too hot.
The room itself was tolerable and fairly clean, but not in good shape.
Very disappointing.
Booked a room online for $59 but when arriving was told rooms are $69, Budget Host would not honor the online booking price, we did not stay and got a better deal at a hotel next door.
