Very generous buffet breakfast and staff was superb and very friendly and helpful. Will stay there every time we plan on going to Cincinnati. Indoor Pool and hot tub was a plus. And also they are pet friendly which is always a great plus for me and my dog No-No.

The hotel was great staff really took pride in their jobs and kept the place clean. They are trying to fix the place up. It’s shame so many people don’t have home training. I really hope it doesn’t discourage the staff

Pet friendly _Pool_ clean room shower was horrible in the king suite the pool was a little dirty as well.pool had some stuff at the bottom of it. Spa was amazing, Breakfast was great.

The staff was very nice. But the bed was very hard and uncomfortable and the room was very hot. The ac unit had the knobs taken off so you could not change the temperature and the wall control did not work. Our room was hot the entire 2 days we were there.

We had a good stay at the hotel. Free breakfast was good and plenty of options . Employees were nice and gave us no hassle about giving us extra towels and blankets while we were there! Pool and hot tub was nice but I do think the water in the pool was a little bit colder than I like..I enjoyed my stay

The staff at check in were friendly and efficient. That’s the only good thing about this hotel. We booked a room with a king bed and a pull out sofa for myself, my husband, and our son. On the surface the room appeared clean, but the floor of the bathtub was peeling, the drawers in the dresser were full of trash and when we pulled out the sofa to put my son to bed the mattress was almost black with spots that could’ve been either blood or mold. I went down to the front desk to address the situation and the clerk just said they would contact the manager in the morning about it. Needless to say we didn’t end up staying there. I still haven’t heard back from management about a refund.

The 1st room they put me in the bathtub was filthy, the 2nd they put me in, i dont think they put new sheets on the bed, the floor was filty, good thing i had my own pillow and blanket to sleep on, they really need to have a talk with housekeeping, if they had to sleep in a hotel they would want their room nice and clean

Lighting in the room was TOOdim. Coukd barely see ti get ready. 1 bar of soap for sink and shower. Trim in tge barhroom was not done well. Caulk was used more than wood in places. Room was close ti Kings Island which is why we were there.
