"The elevators were absolutely horrible. You have to scan your key, press what floor you are going to and then you are assigned an elevator. It’s so inefficient. We waited 15 minutes for an elevator multiple times. "

"It's a Radisson, it's been around awhile. But I was pretty content with my stay. Complimentary parking pass for the garage, walking distance to the start line for the Flying Pig, gorgeous view of downtown Cincinnati and wonderful staff. Thank you for the late checkout for us runners!"

"The property is very tired, but what it lacks in aesthetics it makes up in specially. The staff is great, and the decor is art deco somewhat, love that. Had very peaceful nights, getting rest for The Flying Pig runs. Even though it looked like there were kids there for prom. If you book here you’re not getting a a four star room, maybe 2.5, but the location and staff make you feel like four stars. I will stay here again when I come back next year."

"I booked through expedia, and showed up and the Hotel did not a have a room for me. They were not helpful in finding a solution and just gave me a number to call expedia and figure something out. They did not even offer me a quiet space to get on the phone to figure this out."
