"Beautiful hotel But I don't like the parking!"

"Fantastic location for downtown Winnipeg and The Forks area. On site parking was a big bonus. The room had an odd smell on first entrance but 20 minutes or so of air conditioning cleared the air. Comfortable beds (compared with the Days Inns and Wingates to follow). Breakfast was "no frills" but quite adequate. If I return to Winnipeg, the Humphry will likely be my hotel of choice."

"The staff at this hotel is unwelcoming and unhelpful. Our Tv was not working and they offered to fix it next morning, when we had to check out. They collect your personal details like names of all guests that are staying which I found unusual. Parking is a nightmare. Narrow passages in the parking lot and no signs for hotel guest parking! They didn’t even offer wifi password and other details on paper. Avoid at all costs, experience was so bad that I had to write my first review!"

"It had been many years since I stayed at this hotel. I was pleasantly surprised at the condition of the rooms and the hotel. Didn’t show any wear and tear."

"Involved hospital stay for family member. Parking very easy to navigate & convenient. Front desk staff were exceptionally friendly & helpful."

"The hotel was being renovated, which was needed because it was run down. The renovations were very dirty. The pool and fitness centre was filthy and unusable with food garbage on tables, the floor and in the pool. The guests were smoking and drinking everywhere outside and there was food and garbage on the floor in the lobby. I was afraid to leave the room at night. Definitely not what I expected from a Hilton."
