" I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction with my recent stay at Conca Bella Boutique Hotel. Upon check in, we were not initially given the upgraded room we expected in addition to the VIP perks for food. On the second day, staff informed us there had been a misunderstanding and moved us to a different room, which they described as an upgrade. "Free breakfast was mainly bread and jam but free is free. Also free coffee. On top of a restaurant so expect noise until they close. Bit of a tough uphill walk back from waterfront but doable."

"We came here as a home base to see lake como, bellagio and the local gardens and it was perfect for myself and my 2 college age kids. We had the 1 bdrm apt and it was perfect! The staff are so kind and accommodating! We had a long day of travel and they communicated with us to make sure we could check in upon arrival. The buffet breakfast buffet was amazing, we took pics in the garden, close to bus stop to town, and the spa we reserved for the 3 of us which had a great jacuzzi, steam and sauna...

"This was our first vacation in a long time because my wife has a brain tumor and can't fly, but we finally took the time to go to Lake Como because it was a place she always wanted to visit. It starts off with us booking a handicap room by accident, and to DOWNGRADE to a cheaper room, reception asked for 150 euroes. "Best room we have stayed in across many countries. Easy to find, close to the lake, with plenty of great shops nearby. The room was perfectly sized, the bed and pillows comfortable. The bathroom was clean and worked perfectly. The balcony had a lake view and room for both of us to sit. We wished we could have stayed longer and will definitely go back to this hotel if we're in the Lake Como area."

"Brand New Hotel, just opened 02/2026, room we stayed in is the basic room but felt like upgraded one. Very quite hotel. Staff absolutely outstanding and very helpful from check in to check out. Treated nicely with some desert delivered to our room as welcome food, just perfect nothing else can describe it. The location can’t be better, 4-5 minute walk from the lake. We will be back in the future. Please keep this level if the service and cleanliness. "
