"There was a few problems. The water pressure goes down to almost a dribble while taking a shower. They said that was normal. They had us put a 100 dollar refundable payment down for things we might beeak. They said it can take a week yo get that credit back. We got to our room and toke pictes of a wardrobe stand that had a corner broke out of it. We let them know of the problem right away and the young man said he will put a note in our paperwork. "I had high hopes for this stay, but unfortunately it did not meet expectations. The front desk staff was very nice and quick, which I appreciated, but the room itself was not clean. The towels were stained and had visible dirt/marks on them that made me uncomfortable using them. The bed sheets and bed cover had hair, stains, and some holes. The room was very dusty, and there was old food residue under the desk. Overall, the cleanliness was very disappointing and made the stay uncomfortable. I...

"Easy yo find and literally within a mile of the gate of Biltmore Estate. The hotel was clean and nice and staff very friendly. Decent choice of breakfast items. Room was clean and comfortable. iticky items were towels were a bit stiff, not as soft as expected, and TP was an inferior quality expected at this price point. All in all a very good choice for a quiet and comfortable stay!"

"The stay was excellent. The hotel staff was friendly (Finn), the room was nice and clean. I think that I was near the elevators, so I heard that commotion as people started waking up. I won't hold it against the hotel :-). I enjoyed my stay. The hotel has a pool, hot tub, breakfast for $17 person, really good, bar, area for kids to watch TV. Really nice. Plus, a Starbucks right in front. I mean come on - how great!"

"Everything you need, clean and comfortable beds, microwave, fridge and coffee maker in the room. Breakfast was very good, love having fresh food and also biscuits and sausage/bacon and eggs plenty for all. Very convenient if you like to stay around the Biltmore Estate and Art district. "
