"Clean room and excellent breakfast"

"Arrived last weekend (June 19th) at 5 PM to be informed that rooms weren’t ready. Close to a dozen others waited on rooms and were told they had a staffing shortage. Later, we found mold around room 410. The room was clean, but management needs to keep the rooms in better shape. Later, when we were checking out, I was told that they tried charging a parking fee of $15 for no real true reason. Thankfully, they removed it. "I stayed here when visiting Corpus Christi/Port Aransas with family members on vacation. Room cleanliness: the sheets and comforter did not smell good at all and had a few stains. "The room was neat and clean, with laminate floors and tile. Breakfast was poor - limited space to eat, food not restocked. Overall, decent roadside hotel, but nothing special."

"When we got there room felt humid and floor was sticky it was cooling it took the first day to go away."

"The property sits in an awesome location outside of the property is well kept. Our room had mold on the bath room wall and in the shower. The door leading to the other room was poorly installed. Late night guests running through the hallways I would recommend on site security to patrol the floors. The staff on the other hand were awesome very friendly and helpful."

"Staff was super friendly and helped with as much as they could. We got into a room with no towels stocked and floors a little scratchy looking but other wise decently clean. In room and living room. Restroom had no soaps and there was what looked like a water bubble in the ceiling that burst."

"Hotel over all was dirty. Reserved 2 rooms and both rooms had dirty lien on bedding had to request clean bedding that I needed to change myself. Staff was quick to accommodate the request. Also no towels in room at check-in, this was a late checkin as well, so that shouldn’t have been an issue. Also pool was not open and looked dirty as well. Very disappointed and would not recommend this hotel."

"Broken furniture, dirty sheets, no shower curtain, cigarette smoke, cigarettes and beer bottle caps left behind, no trash cans, stains in carpet everywhere. Do not book rooms at this hotel. Waste of money."

"MOLD!!! Stepping into our room we noticed mold all over the lamp shades and the curtains. The room smelled like mildew and the walls were dirty. The bathroom door was filthy. The tub was full of cracks and chipped paint everywhere. The towels were all dirt. Overall bad experience, requested a refund and looked another hotel got our trip. Worst part is they still charged me $50. I was only there for 1hr. Ridiculous!"

"There was limited to no maintenance done. They claim to have complimentary breakfast but there was barely any food provided and when it finished it was not replenished. The I booked was advertised as having a mini fridge and microwave, but what we got was a mini-mini fridge (tiny) and no microwave. They could not even provide an ice bucket to get ice. An finally, when checking out the manager refused to provide a receipt (either by email or printed copy). By far one of my worst stays at a hotel."

"Had a three night stay and my room was never cleaned. When I went down to the desk for fresh towels she said there were none and advised me to take towels from the gym area. Upon entering the gym area, the stench hit me in the face. It did not seem the facility had been cleaned or sanitized at all. The front desk called to my room twice the morning of check out to make sure I was leaving as if forcing me out."
