"The hotel needs a lot of work. We had no hot water on the first day. The room we stayed in didn’t have there usual full length mirror. Sone of the electrical outlets in our room didn’t work. There wasn’t enough parking in the evening, we had to park in the street. The hot tub was out-of-service too. I felt like I was staying at the Motel 6 and NOT the Embassy. We paid a considerable amount of money to have a lot of the stuff not working or available."

"I recently stayed at Motel 6 in Corpus Christi and had a really positive experience. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, which made the stay comfortable from the start. The staff was friendly and accommodating, always willing to help when needed. One of the best parts was the location everything was conveniently close, making it easy to get around and enjoy the area. Overall, a solid and reliable place to stay, especially if you’re looking for comfort and convenience without the high price tag."

"Check in was ok. The truth is .. Looks are very deceiving. It was convenient in location but i expected more ..especially that it was a Hyatt property. The elevators sucked, my step kids were freaked out cause we got stuck in the elevator. I just was lookin forward to a cleaner and more comfortable stay for my bday weekend."

"The service at this hotel is great! We received free snacks and bottles of water upon checking in. Breakfast food was plentiful, and the potato was delicious. The room was a bit outdated with a musty smell, and there was no smart TV. Bathroom was clean though, but the shower could be slippery, so watch out for that. Free laundry machines were a great plus! "

"Check-in was quick and easy, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Unfortunately, our room was very hot the first night due to the AC not working. The front desk did provide us with a fan, and the issue was resolved afterward, so we appreciated their responsiveness. The pool area was nice and well-maintained, and towels were provided, which was convenient. However, one downside was that there was no complimentary breakfast offered. The location is about 20–25 minutes from the island, so not too far. Overall, it was a decent stay. For future trips, we would probably look for a place that offers more complimentary amenities and is closer to the island."

"The room was outdated and falling apart. The tub had been spackled to cover god knows what, the shower head was dingy, you could feel a soft spot in the floor of the tub when showering, the toilet paper holder was overlapping the toilet area and would dig into us while using the restroom, beds were rock hard with stains on the mattress covers, elevator needs serious repair, floors were sticky and you could feel week spots, stove was so old I was afraid to use it, no screens on the windows, no chair at the desk, no doors or hangers with the closet, the dresser was missing a drawer cover and the TV was ear early 2009s. Dishes are extra for the kitchen and they didnt have enough towles to give out for the entire stay. Trash in the halls/stairs sat for days overflowing. Walls are paper thin. Some of the staff were rude and dismissive and the manager is never available. The location is convenient to food and shopping, but the area is sketchy at best. People trying to break into vehicles and othe illegal activities. The parking lot is small and full of glass and trash. I didnt even complete my entire stay due to safety concerns and uncomfortable nature of the room. I will never stay here again. "
