"I didn’t like that I reported that the tv didn’t work and the front desk just said they’d call a tech later. When it still wasn’t working hours later they said they’d call tech hadn’t answered and they’d call in the morning. It wasn’t fixed the next day or the day after and they’d call did not offer to change the tv or the room. Then they cancelled the reservation."

"We were in the area for the night for some medical appointments and decided to stay here instead of downtown SF. We were very happy with our stay. The hotel was clean the rooms were quiet and spacious and the hotel staff was so incredibly friendly. My only reasons for giving it a 4 star instead of 5 is that the pillows in the rooms were incredibly uncomfortable. Almost non existent with the way they deflated when you laid down. Also the coffee was not good at all. They advertise Starbucks coffee...

"I loved everything about the property and our room. Everything was very clean and felt spacious and nice. The only downside was there was a swim class going on for several hours so my kids were not able to use the pool."

"Check in around 4pm and nobody was on the lobby. Took 5 minutes before someone showed up. The room smells moldy right when i open the door. The floor is dirty and doesn’t look like they vacuum it. The tub looks dirty too. The walls are thin that you can hear all the cars passing by and the people in the other room talking. They dont have curtains but have wooden blinds snd because of that the room still looks bright despite turning off all the light. Looks like the house keeping just tucked in...
