"Beautiful place ! The landscaping, room, and place was very very nice . Check in young woman was full of helpful information and warm welcome. Unfortunately when checking out there were two charges on my room. One was a breakfast and another that a resort fee that was not mentioned when booked through Expedia . "The B&B is conveniently located near the U of A campus in a nice neighborhood. Beautiful, well-maintained property. Breakfast was great. Friendly staff."

"Our room was on a busy street and we were awakened every night by noisy cars. There were no interior rooms available. there were motorcycles and cars revving their engines at all times of the night. I would go back there again - if the rooms were free."

"Our room needed some minor repairs and updating- shower door wouldn’t shut, toilet paper holder coming off wall, curtains very worn and difficult to draw and room needs brighter lighting. The grounds and common areas were very nice."

"Nice spacious rooms. Everything seemed clean except the floor (vinyl plank throughout hides dirt too well apparently). Full size appliances including washer/dryer. Some rooms have balconies but no chairs on them so kind of useless unless you just wanna stand outside for a minute. Front desk staff seem to be missing often. "The only thing that was misleading was the fact that we were booking a room at the Lodge and not the Hotel. However, the room at the Lodge was spacious & well appointed. The staff was exceedingly attentive & helpful. We will definitely stay there again when in Tucson."

"Great location and overall great hotel!"

"Minor things with an impact - great towels (soft), lots of outlets and good vibe."

"Great place to stay, and the staff was very helpful upon my arrival. The room was very clean and the bed was really comfortable. The Inn was extremely quite, just a Beautiful place. 😍"
