"The water would not get hot just luke warm no mater how long you let it sit. There sink facet was wabbly and the there was 2 small pieces of tap on the ceiling in the bathroom. Over all a great and convienent place to stay but still needs a few adjustments since its still new"

"The staff was Luke warm at best. Not a single smile or any enthusiasm at all which wouldn’t be so bad but aside from the weekday overnight woman at the desk, they were all horrible. The common areas like the lobby were clean but that’s about it. The pool was murky as heck. They never unlocked the door. We had to ask for it to be opened at 1 pm but supposedly it opens at 9am. "The moment we pulled up we were greeted with the the most friendly vallet attendant. The front desk staff was very pleasant and helpful as well as we were not sure where to park the car at first but one phone call to the front desk aa she noticed us parked and assured us we were in the right spot. The check-in was easy. We were given our keycards and we went up to our room on the 7th floor. The rooms was very clean and spacious. I always like to look around the room before unpacking. I did...

"Room was clean but the bathroom is small for two people at the same time. We were on the fourth floor and the bathroom sink water pressure was low and water took awhile to become hot. The shower was great. Only Issue was not enough luggage carts for the hotel. "

"The rooms were terrible. 1st room on second floor had bed bugs! 2nd room on 1st had dirty sheets and poor water pressure, barely came out! 3rd room dirty shower and hole in wall. Connection room very loud, staff did nothing about it until 4am on second stay. Side door was not secured. Can get in without a key, door just opened. WILL NEVER STAY OR RECOMMEND THIS PLACE WVR AGAIN !!!!!!!"

"Staff was rushing and communication was poor. Even though it was refunded I was charged for something I without knowing the amount nor that it was charge. Wasn’t aware i had to purchase a parking pass and I also had to ask the price of that because she just swiped my card for it. Not only that the property was very noisy and had a weird smell. I couldn’t sleep comfortably and the light in the room was too much that next morning. Blackout curtains would’ve been great but they had sheer curtains....
