"Overall the stay was okay. The room temp was great and the beds were comfy. Staff was nice upon arrival. There was a bug in one of our beds. We brought it up to the front desk and we were offered an ice cream as a compromise. We asked for management to reach out to us and never heard from them. We brought it up again at checkout and they said “that would never happen here.” Asked again for a manager to reach out and still nothing. We had 7 guests in our room and had 1 towel in the bathroom....

"Most of the staff was great. But really depends on who is there that day. I had a couple of people being extremely helpful and nice. but one morning we didn’t have water during breakfast and the main desk attendant just said: “there is nothing we can do about it.” But other times I had people walking an extra mile to help with the laundry machine and other things. Outside needs care. But the room was clean and the mattress was new and confortable. Breakfast was good for what it is."

"Everything was wonderful! The only thing I would recommend for the property is that they clean their pools daily and their pool lounge chairs. I went swimming and noticed some food at the bottom of the pool, and when I went to the pool the next day, the food was still there."

"First impression not so great, elevators were down and I had reserved a suite on second floor, couldn't imagine walking up and down with luggage and kids our entire stay. They did offer to move us to first floor but had to go from suite to double bed which was ok. The guy at front desk was amazing. He was very friendly and accommodating. "This property was amazing to stay at! The full kitchen with a washer and dryer was amazing! The staff was super helpful! All of them, honestly. I really liked the parking garage and how the attendants in the parking garage were super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this place and can go on forever on how amazing this property was! In the middle of everything too!!"
