"Hotel staff was very helpful. There was an issue with Expedia booking, but the staff was able to handle it. The restaurant was amazing. Top quality food and the bartenders get a 5 star as well. Only thing I would point out is the exterior does not compliment the interior. I intend to stay here again."

"My children immediately complained about the stale, musty odor. One is very sensitive to mold and was having some problems. They commented that it smelled like a nursing home. My room was spacious as was the bathroom. The air conditioner/heater had some sort of bags put in it (3 I think) to try to improve the smell. The breakfast was nice, with an attendant bringing fresh cooked foods often. "

"Everything was great overall, but I was disappointed by an experience I had last night. After returning from dinner, I stopped by to grab an alcoholic beverage to enjoy in my room. The two women working were initially helping another guest, so I waited patiently nearby by the little store area. However, even after they finished assisting that guest, neither acknowledged or offered to help me, despite me standing right there. I ultimately left without purchasing anything. "This could be a good place to stay but our room had a dirty floor and a tv that wasn’t getting any channels. We had to be brought a different remote and sign into our Netflix to watch anything. There is too much stuff laying around the property giving it an unkempt appearance. Staff is nice and helpful. The mattress is the worst. It’s like laying on a concrete slab. Terribly uncomfortable. It is quiet here which is a plus."
