"Our stay was only for one night but it was pleasant. Our room was very spacious and clean. There were plenty of choices at the breakfast buffet. The only minus in our room was no biscuits on the tea/coffee tray:-( Parking was not a problem on site. All in all would recommend and we will definitely use it again when visiting family in the area."

"Really cosy, quaint room a stone's throw from the station, and surprisingly quiet despite the World Cup going on across the road. Even though I arrived and left outside staff hours, checking in and out was smooth thanks to clear instructions emailed in advance and the good, old-fashioned room keys instead of cards. They even provided a fan to survive the last of the heatwave. Highly recommend!"

I am a wheelchair user and as such, had booked an accessible room with yourselves through Expedia and stayed 3rd July - 6th July 2026. There were a handful of issues with the room, such as the cleanliness of the bath in the bathroom that bordered on wear and tear [room 407] and the bath board for accessibility didn't look like it had been cleaned in a long time. "The room was ok and staff were ok. The room was cleaned but not to a great standard. Car parking is good as there are loads of spaces. Windows aren’t sound proofed so unfortunately I had to listen to loud noise and music and loud cars outside until half 12 in the morning which isn’t great on an early start. I paid extra for breakfast on the 2 nights I stopped but unfortunately due to the size of the seating area and the hot plates the Q is massive and to small for the guests that are there and...

"The Clarendon was a convenient Hotel on bus route to Greenwich Sight seeing areas, Cutty Sark,Maritime Museum, Queens House and The Observatory. Lovely big room. Good selection at breakfast, friendly staff, overall a great stay"

"Excellent location as we were watching a show at the O2 arena. A piece of history in the middle of high rise buildings. It’s been lovingly restored and maintained with quirky design elements to it. They had great breakfast choices and had a relaxed atmosphere. I love these kinds of places. Just the relaxing weekend my husband needed."

"Bed was uncomfortable. Two single beds joined together with a thin double mattress put on top. There was a dip down the middle of the bed where there was a gap between the beds. It’s a real shame as the hotel was pleasant and very quiet."
