"The staff, especially security and front desk, were extremely helpful and go above and beyond - I felt well taken care of. Breakfast was great during my 2 week stay, Dinner was always delicious. Pro tip - I think it’s sometimes customary to raise your hand when awaiting service at dinner. The room was always clean and the person who cleaned it was careful and respectful of my belongings despite my pile of clothes I slung off after a day out. I’d recommend this hotel for the area. "

"The lobby was grand but the room was dated despite it being a grand room (which was a VIP upgrade) but no different from the original room booked. Excellent breakfast selections and all the fresh coconut water you can drink. The seafood buffet was great too. "

"The staff were consistently friendly and helpful. The room was spacious with great amenities however no body lotion surprisingly. The pool was nice with shade and sun options. Limited seating but given the layout that makes sense. I love that you can order food poolside. Catalogue is a great restaurant. Staff friendly , very well priced and delicious. Breakfast is limited but has the basics you need. I prefer staying in the makati area near the malls. It was still a 20 minute walk to them which I didn’t find as convenient. If this was near the greenbelt / ayala mall area I would definitely return! "

"Really weird experience here. The doormen and front desk staff were all nice in conversation, but they blatantly lied about how much laundry I had sent and tried to charge me $100 for it. This was on top of returning multiple laundry items damaged and trying to claim it was part of the clothing design. I also paid fully months in advance for my room and room type, and when I arrived, it wasn’t available. They tried to claim that room type is first come first serve despite my reservation confirmation email clearly showing the room type. The room itself was in fine condition, a bit of wear and tear on the furniture but okay for the price. "

"I would highly recommend this hostel for Backpackers and solo travellers. It is located walking distance from convenience stores, pharmacies and food options. Most of the staff were extremely helpful and kind. The biggest asset for me was the laundry facilities onsite, this was super convenient. Absolutely one of the best hostels I have ever stayed in. They also have luggage storage for guests so you can make Manila your base of operations if you are travelling with suitcases like I did and then transitioned to backpack to do the other islands. I started in Manila, shopped for 2 days, left my luggage then went to Cebu-Moalboal and Oslob, Dumaguete to Siquijor and finally to Puerto Princessa before heading back to Manila. It was a smooth and seamless process especially for a solo female traveller hailing all the way from Trinidad and Tobago 🇹🇹"

"Room is exactly what appears on the pictures taken when it was totally brand new I assume. It is now pretty worn out and especially the furnitures and kitchen. It needs a facelift to relect the current condition. Staffs were friendly and helpful."
