Despite their 5-star status, the hotel flatly refused to assist or offer any flexibility. For a luxury establishment, the customer service is shockingly poor and completely lacking in basic empathy. "We had a two bedroom unit and it was lovely for a family. It was great to have the washing machine and dishwasher while on vacation. We had breakfast included which was a morning basket with fruit, bread, cereal and milk. Some variety would have been nice as the basket is the same every morning. The place could use few towel hooks and better check in instructions but we would definitely go back. "
