Nice and friendly staff the hotel is clean and have snacks accessible 24/7. Perfect for the price. "

"Really great location near parks, transit and the royal palace. We used it as our hub for trips to other cities. Staff were really nice even though my Spanish is hardly worth attempting. They were also flexible about storage between our two stays. You could certainly use their breakfast buffet every morning, but we found a really nice cafe down the block that was great too."

The bar is a fun place to hang out. The pool was a touch cool but was beautifully clean. From welcome to departure, the staff are clearly the principal asset of the hotel."
