5 stars! From the moment we walked in, the front desk staff — especially Jaime and Leslie — made us feel so welcome. Warm, friendly, and incredibly helpful the entire stay. The location is unbeatable, almost every important spot in Madrid is within walking distance. The room was clean and cozy, exactly what you want after a day of exploring. This hotel truly goes above and beyond with its hospitality. Highly recommend!

Staff were so helpful. This was a quiet spot on a busy strip central to everything we needed. Not a ton of moving around space in the room (we felt bad for the cleaners having to work around our baggage spread out in the available floor space). But it had everything we needed. A/C and wifi were greatly appreciated, as was the universal adapter we were able to borrow from the front desk and the pretty terrace on the top floor for water, cookies, fruit and coffee. The pastries on the door were a lovely touch as well!

Excellent location, within walking distance to a lot of places, restaurants, and shops. Easy to find places to eat late at night and quite safe. Visited during a heatwave in summer and their ac is mini-split so it took 2 days of it running at 19ºC full speed for it too feel comfortable. Staff was super friendly

The location was good, staff was pleasant. Our only problem was the air conditioning didn’t function correctly. Maintenance was sent to troubleshoot and got the unit cooling but it only lasted a short while and was only blowing air.

Hotel was nice. It has a great location and the staff were helpful and friendly. The bed wasn’t very comfortable and theres’s no lobby or public space apart from a small area on the top floor, but it met our needs overall.

Great hotel in excellent location close to transport links and within walking distance of many popular attractions. Shops close by. Helpful staff and clean comfortable rooms. No breakfast but a nice indoor and outdoor roof area with 24 hour access to coffee, juice ,fruit and biscuits where you can 'self cater' for breakfast for example. Would recommend
