"Booked a triple sea view for 3 adults they gave us a room that is partially blocked by ( I have photos, if there is a way to attach them I will) other side of the hotel. The AC barely worked, and note that it was 100 degree F outside. They gave only one 350 ml water for 3 people once during our stay. Cleaning service was terrible...despite telling them and turning the clean room button on- it was not cleaned. And the worst part is the hotel (4 star resort? How?) has roaches crawling all over in...

"About waste, the worst experience of my time travelling. Expedia were unhelpful, they told me they had cancelled my hotel booking and was expecting a refund. The hotel put me down as a no show and advised sent me this review to complete without reimbursing my hotel. It was a family emergency. Disappointing"

"Amazing views of water and sunsets. Nice pool (but too cold to use in April). Very good breakfast. Had 2 dinners in restaurant and they were excellent. Our room was small but had a nice balcony to watch sunsets from. A downside is that the walls aren’t very soundproof. Good location. Only 10-15 min walk to beach and tours.
