"Excelente servicio"

"The hotel it's beautiful but the staff from reception let it down, the gentleman make us feel more like arriving to a precint asking us for the identification and credit card. No giving us a warm welcome. Then, he gave us the last room (disabled room i might add). But the staff from the restaurant at breakfast, they were so helpful. I hope the hotel give more training to the staff at front of the house"

"We stayed here because it was close to the airport and we had an early flight. We paid for the breakfast but we couldn’t take advantage of it because they don’t start serving early enough to accommodate people leaving before 7:00 am, so it was wasted money. They did give us a to go breakfast in a bag, no protein just sweet stuff so we didn’t eat any of it. The room was ok but the condition of the shower head made the stay miserable. "The hotel is conveniently located near Linate Airport. The shuttle is very practical. Family room is nice and offers everything we needed for a family of four. The food at the restaurant is expensive for what it is (just average). Without a car it is the only option for dinner. However the breakfast is lovely and prices fairly 12 Euros per person (children are free)."

"We stayed at Hotel Visconti during a heat wave in Europe. The hotel is nice and clean, a little out dated but charming. The staff and breakfast are fantastic, the only real gripe I had is the air conditioning is basically useless, we bought a 10 euro handheld fan from a street vendor that was keeping us more cool than the air conditioning. "Leckeres Frühstück, gute Auswahl. Leider lag getragene Unterwäsche auf einem der Stühle, als wir ins Zimmer eingecheckt sind. Im Badezimmer war das Holz des Waschtisches an der Seite, welche zur Duschwand zeigte, schon sehr aufgequollen und sollte ausgetauscht werden. Sehr laute Klimaanlage, hat man auch aus den anderen Zimmern gehört."

"The hotel was clean and the staff were amazing. The AC in the hotel worked well and the beds were comfortable. The location was not ideal and we stayed here to be close to the airport. The metro does not go all the way here and we had to also catch the bus. Additionally, there is not always side walk from the bus to the hotel and there is an abandoned building on the way that had debris everywhere. The restaurant was delicious but I was not aware that we would be charged 6 Euros just to eat...

"We had a wonderful stay for one night. It was easy to find and we had a delicious dinner at the restaurant before settling in for the night. The room was clean and quiet, the shower hot and the beds very comfy. The staff were very nice and helpful too, with a delicious breakfast in the morning (great cappuccino!). Highly recommend."
