Here is a rare find in the middle of Umbria just outside Citta di Castello. Area is agricultural, quiet and safe. 5 minutes away is the town with several supermarkets and clean laundry facilities as well as the 'castle fort' itself. Our room, Room 5, was large and clean. Arezzo and parts West, Urbino and Fano on the Adriatic within two hours car drive. Spacious parking. This is an excellent place to stay and a great central location to come back to.

Disponibilità e autonomia

Siamo stati ospiti per il ponte dell'immacolata, siamo stati benissimo, b&b confortevole e caldo. Avevamo piena disponibilità della cucina nello spazio comune ad ogni orario per poter prepare la pappa della nostra bimba di 10 mesi, la possibilità di lavare i biberon e portapappa e riscaldare il latte con il microonde. Il proprietario, gentilissimo, ci ha dato molte indicazioni su dove mangiare e cosa visitare. È stato molto flessibile e disponibile anche sugli orari di check- in e check-out. Lo consiglio sicuramente!

il Casale si presenta da subito molto curato nei particolari che rendono accogliente la struttura. il parcheggio riservato è comodo e gratuito. oltre alla pulizia delle camere, arredate in modo delizioso e dotate di ogni confort, siamo rimasti colpiti dalla qualità e dalla varietà della prima colazione (dolce e salato) che puoi consumare in un ampio e bellissimo salone impreziosito da un antico ed enorme camino sul quale si affacciano le camere degli ospiti. Oltre alla bellezza del luogo resta indimenticabile la gentilezza e la disponibilità dell'Host Federico che ti accoglie con il calore ed il sorriso che contraddistinguono questa meravigliosa terra ed i suoi abitanti.

Ottima la pulizia della camera e confortevoli i servizi offerti. Nel piacevole locale comune prendevano forma ogni mattina specialità dolci e salate (fragranti crostate e saporiti formaggi). Il casolare è molto bello e ben tenuto,leggermente fuori il centro del paese,la zona in comune è confortevole e sempre all'altezza di una rinfrancante accoglienza culinaria a qualsiasi ora(torte/frutta/formaggio salame)...che non è da tutti,la colazione un abbondante buffet,che rimane a disposizione dei clienti fino a rigenerarsi il giorno successivo.Ma la differenza la fa il proprietario,gentile e disponibile...mi sono sentita quasi a casa!
