"Es ist ein einfaches Hotel. Die Dusche im Badezimmer ist langsam renovierungsbedürftig. Das Preis-/ Leistungsverhältnis ist eigentlich ok. Was nicht ok ist, dass die Zimmer ausdrücklich mit Klimaanlage ausgewiesen sind und diese nicht funktionsfähig ist. In der Lobby und den Gängen funktionierte sie einwandfrei. Wir waren an sehr warmen Tagen dort und wurden noch nicht einmal darauf hingewiesen, dass es Probleme gibt (oder Strom gespart wird?), denn dann hätten wir das Hotel gerne...

"Stayed for 2 nights to attend a concert at the arena. Perfect location for local trains, trams or buses straight into town centre. Also easy to get a train to and from airport. 200m from station to hotel. We didn’t have breakfast but there was a great cafe across the road. Rooms were large, modern and clean and the beds were also great , didn’t wake up with a sore back which I find is the norm in hotels. Definitely recommend"

"De kamer was zeer schoon, wat wij heel belangrijk vonden. Verder is ze basic maar alles wat nodig is, is aanwezig. Geen airco maar de omgeving is rustig genoeg om met het raam open te slapen, wij hebben wonderbaarlijk genoeg geen last gehad van muggen ofzo. Het ontbijt was ook basic maar lekker en voldoende om de dag mee te starten. Handige gratis parking wat voor ons ook een groot pluspunt was. En op 17min sta je met de tram in centrum van de stad."

"The hotel is fine - it doesnt have proper airconditioning which was not great since it was very hot. Also i asked for a late checkout and had to pay for it which i find bad service in general as i am also part of their reward programme. Then after paying still my card stopped working and i had to go back to the reception. It has a reasonably stocked gym but tiny and without a window underground. The room is spacious and very tidy and clean though. Very friendly staff."

"The stay was disappointing. My first room had a broken window, making it very warm and noisy, and the small fan provided did not work properly. Although I was moved to another room with a functioning window, it was still extremely hot and felt old and uncomfortable. The room and bathroom could also have been cleaner. Overall, the hotel did not meet my expectations, and I would not recommend it."

"When I checked-in my room was not cleaned up. I've contacted to Apartment via Whats up and only AI replied for two hours without real help, until I receive the support from the real person. Finally I could change my room after three hour passed. Since it was over 40 deg-C, it was really tough to me"
