"I booked this hotel because it advertised a shuttle service to the airport. However, I ended up having to pay for a Grab because the shuttle only operates from 9 AM to 5 PM. I made my booking on April 27, and when we arrived on May 4 at around 4:30 PM, we were told the hotel was fully booked. Instead of the room we reserved, they placed us in a condo unit that was dirty and did not feel safe at all. It was not as advertised. "The room is perfect for a short overnight or a longer stay. It is 10 min drive from Terminal 2. The fee for shuttle or taxi is close to 1,200PHP, $20-$25 (which is in my opinion excessive.) taxis from the airport are about the same…but only 100PHP to take taxi TO the airport by taxi. The property does not communicate via the messaging service on this app. You must call them…so, in short, the transfer service(s) is the worse part. Everything else is great! I will stay here again soon. "

"The hotel was in perfect location, easy access to to shopping centers, groceries and other public attractions nearby. Our room had a Manila bay view, so clean, furnished elegantly. Staff from checking in to housekeeping was very accommodating and professional. Restaurants inside the hotel had variety of choices to choose from buffet to sit down dinner. Overall the hotel and casino definitely highly recommended!"

"The staff was extremely accommodating and the food was delicious. We arrived a little unexpectedly. There was a communication breakdown somewhere between Expedia and the Inn. However, the staff accommodated using my receipt and things were hashed out later. I pre paid through the Expedia app. Please bring a screenshot of your booking if using third party. "
