"Fabulous authentic old hotel with all the period pieces, lots of terrific furniture and books galore! The location is great and the stay was enjoyable. I look forward to staying there again. The only thing that would be warranted is - the carpet is rather worn, especially on the staircases and ***IN THE ELEVATOR***! Otherwise, the old place is charming. "
