"Room was clean, construction was in place but overall no problems. We requested to switch the room with viewing to the park and green area in front of hotel. Front desk was very rigid on our request to change the room. We paid extra fees after three nights to be in a better position. We used the balcony very much after that. Overall was fine. "

"When you go onto the travel sites it says there is a free courtesy bus. It doesn’t say you can only use it between 7am and 7pm. We had an o/s flight at 7.25am so had to be at the Terminal at 4.25 am no courtesy bus so $38 to get an uber. When we come back we have booked Quest again not knowing this. Our flight gets in at 10pm so once again we will have to pay for an Uber. There is NO Convenience staying at this hotel we will NEVER book here again"

"The city location of this apartment is excellent for all trams and especially Southern Cross station. The room I had was spacious with a well equipped kitchen. Great view too. It was clean and fresh towels provided and bins emptied on request. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. My only problem was the noise from the nearby train line. Reception gave me earplugs and that worked well! I would definitely return to these apartments next time I am in Melbourne."

"We booked for 2 adults & 1 child, but when we arrived, there was no 3rd bed, nor was there even 3 towels in the room on check in. When we spoke to reception about why there wasn't a third bed, I was told "we don't make assumptions." Not sure who expects 2 adults to sleep in the same bed of a 6 year old... The rollaway that was eventually delivered had a stained doona and no doona cover (we only discovered this after the second night - our son was in contact with the stains whilst sleeping). We...
