No respetaron mi reservación y tuve que pagar en efectivo, espero y no me carguen mi reservación al banco y también espero que tomen cartas en el asunto ya que no es confiable como otros hoteles

Nos dieron una habitación con olor insoportable de humedad. Nos quisieron cambiar a otra y no tenía aire acondicionado, así que tuvimos que dormir en la primera con el olor horrible. Hasta la ropa y el pelo nos olía a humedad.

cómodo, y cercas de la universidad y del centro

al llegar al hotel fue fácil el registro, debido a que ya estaba la reservación, de ahí nos dieron una habitación muy accesible, y cómoda, lo que si le falto a la habitación fue un sillón porque solo había una silla y nosotros eramos varias personas. También el restaurante, es cómodo y con buen servicio, aunque solo que teníamos que pedir a la carta, no había bufete.

Buena ubicación y bella alberca

Estancia agradable, cene ahí, nada de gente en el restaurante, sabor regular, la alberca bella y limpia, al igual que la habitación

Falta de Higiene en general

La ubicacion de l hotel buena ,los alimentos de regular a mala la preparacion y presentacion, ademas de muy caros los precios, las toallas del baño estan viejas y percudidas se ven grises y gastadas no te da confianza usarlas, el personal no tiene preparacion ni vocacion para entender que el huesped es lo primero,el bar esta muy descuidado y sucio, el gimnacio esta muy sucio, en condiciones aceptables pero se nota que no lo limpian desde hace meses se encuentra muy sucio, no existe un gerente responsable, el personal hace cada quien lo que le da la gana , me toco ver que no hacen caso, y no tienen disposicion si al huesped se le ofreco algo , hacen mala cara , sinceramente no lo recomiendo, esta ademas muy caro para un pobre servicio esta arriba de 100USD la noche.

Best Hotel in town

Overall the stay experience was good, the hotel was quiet, the rooms large and clean and the staff was pleasent. The hotel is located near the airport on this small city. It has a large grocery mega store across the street with small restaurants and shops. The hotel has a rent-a-car desk open from 8:00am until 7:00pm. Also the hotel's restaurant has convenient hours for brakfast, lunch and dinner.
